COMMISSION NATIONALE DE LA CERTIFICATION PROFESSIONNELLE
The CNCP is an interministerial structure which comprises 13 persons within the national secretarial office and a whole network of antennae in the regions. Its function is the establishment of a Record of National Professional Certifications used as back up for the constitution of supplements to the Europass certificate and the French framework allowing the transposition of levels of certifications to the European framework. This Commission is also responsible for recording certifications upon request from public or private organizations which deliver them under their own name. It carries out for that purpose an expertise of these requests in order to position them in the French framework according to the quality of their construction engineering.
Role of the organization in the project
The expert of the CNCP will evaluate the stages of the project :
- evaluation of the mode of the written transfer of a reference system for training and evaluation.
- evaluation of the quality of the transnational reference system for the training of the eco-builder technician
- evaluation of the charter of resources on eco-construction, .
- evaluation of the experimentation of a training module and pilot evaluation in Latvia.
- evaluation of the dissemination strategy
- evaluation of the management of the project within a technical context
- evaluation of the impact of the results on target-users
