The Belgian Eco-Construction Cluster will transfer the methodology of creation of resource centers for eco-construction to adapt it to the European context. These European resource centers should ensure technological monitoring on eco-materials and thermal building regulations. They should act as an observer of new trades and training and ensure that the general public, the elected representatives, companies and administrations are informed about sustainable construction.
